Private Personal Training Gym In Albuquerque

Training Innovations is happy to introduce our newest private personal training gym in Albuquerque.  Our northeast location is located on 2420 Midtown Place NE Suite E, 87107.   The new personal training facility has many of the same amenities that the west side gym has.  For those clients that live in the northeast heights and thought that the westside personal training facility was too far to travel to each day, now you have a gym that’s close to you.  Complete with a personal trainer that is willing and ready to whip you into shape.

Don’t Wait For Equipment

If you’re anything like me, you’re not going to the gym to socialize.  You want to get in, get a good workout, and leave.  But if you have to sit and wait for people in order to use gym equipment, it defeats the purpose.  That’s why it sometimes makes sense to invest in yourself and hire a personal trainer.  In our private facilities, you’ll never have to wait on equipment.  It will only be you, your personal trainer, and possibly one or two other personal trainers and clients.  This makes for a nice, stress free environment.  An environment where you’ll never have to wait on equipment. 

Get A Great Workout 

When you workout with a personal trainer, you can expect to get a great workout.  Our personal trainers will push you past the point where you would normally stop.  They will motivate you to do those extra reps.  And they will ensure that you are performing each exercise properly.  Thus reducing the risk of injury.  You will have a feeling of accomplishment after working out with one of our trainers.  And after completing a workout with us, you will feel empowered to dominate your day.

Training Innovations would like to congratulate both Franco Ntiforo (my nephew) and Andrea Medina for their stellar performances at the Mid USA/Mr. New Mexico competition held July 6th, 2013 at the Hispanic Cultural Center. My nephew Franco, who is only 16 years old, won 1st place in the teen divisions, the novice middleweight division, and the open middleweight division. And Andrea won 1st place in the masters figure divisions, and 2nd place in the open figure divisions. We needed a wheelbarrow to carry all of their trophies! Great job to you both. Congratulations to the top three winners who participated in our weight loss challenge. In 1st place with a total weight loss of 40lbs was Dave Leachman. Kiera Moore took 2nd place losing 18lbs. And Deanie did an amazing job as well and dropped 17 lbs. Click here to see more

Training Innovations recently had our eighth annual Christmas party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. We have the party every year as a way of saying thanks to all of our personal training clients for their continued support. Awards were given to clients who lost 25lbs or more, 50lbs or more, and even 75lbs or more. A most improved physique award was also given this year for the first time. There was also a raffle giveaway as per tradition. Thanks to Garcia’s Kitchen and Dion’s Pizza for catering the event. A festive time was had by all.  For more photos click here.

Training Innovations would like to congratulate Martha Tierney for taking 1st place in the figure A division of the Excalibur Bodybuilding Fitness and Figure Championships held Saturday December 4th in Los Angeles California. This was only Martha’s second show and only her first NPC show. Way to go Martha, all the hard work is definitely paying off. More Photos

Training Innovations would like to congratulate Rae Robertson, Bev Sandoval, Phyllis Lopez, Elaine Kortan and Jennifer Ray for recently competing in the OCB Natural Southwest Figure Classic held at the Albuquerque Kimo Theatre July 17, 2010. Rae placed 5th in the novice tall class, Bev placed 3rd and Phyllis placed 4th in the Masters 45+ class, and Elaine placed 5th in the open medium class. This was Rae and Jennifer’s first show, and they have both lost over 50 lbs in he last year! We are so proud of all of you beautiful women! Click here for more photos!

Training Innovations recently had our seventh annual Christmas Party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. Although many people were out of town for the holidays, there were still more than 80 people in attendance. The party had an awards ceremony to congratulate clients that had lost 25lbs. or more and 50lbs. or more. The party also had a raffle giveaway with lots of fun prizes including movies, gift certificates, and more. A great time was had by all. We would like to thank Joe & Christi Burgarello (owners of Mario’s Pizza) and Randall Garcia (of Garcia’s Kitchen) for catering the event.
