2015 Dennis James Classic

Body Fortress recently flew me out to the 2015 Dennis James Classic held at the Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, AZ on Saturday, May 23rd.  The Dennis James Classic is an NPC National Qualifier open to all amateur athletes and features bodybuilding, men’s physique, women’s physique, figure, and bikini divisions.  Body Fortress gave out samples of our Super Advanced NOS Blast and our Super Advanced Whey Protein Isolate.  We also gave away free Hydrator bottles, shaker cups,  sample packets of our Super Advanced NOS Blast.  I had an awesome time and got to meet many new fans and friends.  Click here for more pictures.

 

 

2015 Arnold Schwarzenegger Sports Festival

Body Fortress recently flew me out to the Arnold Schwarzenegger Classic and Fitness Festival held in Columbus Ohio March 5th - March 8th.  The Arnold Sports Festival is the largest multisport event in the world with over 175,000 visitors in attendance each year.  During the four days an estimated 18,000 athletes compete in 46 sporting events of all kinds including archery, boxing, fencing, gymnastics, martial arts, track and field, and wrestling to name just a few.  Body Fortress was one of several hundred vendors in attendance giving out samples of our new products to all of the fitness enthusiasts.  We gave samples of our Super Advanced Whey Protein isolate, Super Advanced NOS Blast, our High Performance Creatine, and our new chocolate flavored Mass Gainer.  We also had a couple of dipping stations set up where we gave away prizes for the male and female who could do the most dips.  Arnold Schwarzenegger himself stopped by the booth for a picture with the team.  I had an unbelievable time and got to meet many new fans and friends.  Click here for more pictures.

2015 LA Fit Expo

Body Fortress recently flew me out to the 2015 LA Fit Expo held at the LA Convention Center the weekend of February 6th – February 8th.  Body Fortress was giving samples of our Super Advanced NOS Blast, our High Performance Creatine, our strawberry flavored Whey Protein Isolate, and our chocolate flavored Mass Gainer.  We also had a couple of dipping stations and a spider box punching bag machine where we gave away prizes for the male and female who could do the most dips and who could hit the bag the hardest.  I had an amazing time and got to meet many new fans and friends.  Click here for more pictures.

Training Innovations 10th annual Christmas Party

Training Innovations recently had our tenth annual Christmas party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. A special thanks goes out to Garcia’s Kitchen for catering the event. We have this party every year as a way of saying thanks to all of our personal training clients for their continued support. Awards were given to clients that lost 25lbs. or more, 50lbs. or more, and even 75lbs. or more. A most improved physique award was also given out again this year. And we had our usual raffle giveaway with lots of great prizes. A spectacular time was had by all. Click here for more photos!

Training Innovations 9th annual Christmas Party

Training Innovations recently had our ninth annual Christmas party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. We would also like to say thanks to Garcia’s Kitchen for catering the event. Awards were given to clients that lost 25lbs or more, 50lbs or more, and even 75lbs or more. A most improved physique award was also given out again this year. There was a raffle give away with tons of prizes ranging from gift restaurant gift certificates to gourmet boxes of truffles. Mid USA/Mr. New Mexico Competition

Training Innovations would like to congratulate both Franco Ntiforo (my nephew) and Andrea Medina for their stellar performances at the Mid USA/Mr. New Mexico competition held July 6th, 2013 at the Hispanic Cultural Center. My nephew Franco, who is only 16 years old, won 1st place in the teen divisions, the novice middleweight division, and the open middleweight division. And Andrea won 1st place in the masters figure divisions, and 2nd place in the open figure divisions. We needed a wheelbarrow to carry all of their trophies! Great job to you both. Training Innovations 8th Annual Christmas Party

Training Innovations recently had our eighth annual Christmas party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. We have the party every year as a way of saying thanks to all of our personal training clients for their continued support. Awards were given to clients who lost 25lbs or more, 50lbs or more, and even 75lbs or more. A most improved physique award was also given this year for the first time. There was also a raffle giveaway as per tradition. Thanks to Garcia’s Kitchen and Dion’s Pizza for catering the event. A festive time was had by all. July 2011 Weight Loss Challenge

Congratulations to the top three winners who participated in our weight loss challenge. In 1st place with a total weight loss of 40lbs was Dave Leachman. Kiera Moore took 2nd place losing 18lbs. And Deanie did an amazing job as well and dropped 17 lbs. You can view before and after photos of all contestants here.

Training Innovations would like to congratulate Martha Tierney for taking 1st place in the figure A division of the Excalibur Bodybuilding Fitness and Figure Championships held Saturday December 4th in Los Angeles California. This was only Martha’s second show and only her first NPC show. Way to go Martha, all the hard work is definitely paying off:) More Photos

We would like to congratulate Jojo Ntiforo for his 12th place finish in a very competitive Europa Pro Super Show held August 13th and 14th at the Dallas Downtown Convention Center. There were more than 26 competitors in the show and Jojo placed ahead of many veterans. It would appear that Jojo has found the formula to bringing in his physique full and shredded so everybody better watch out.

Training Innovations would like to congratulate Rae Robertson, Bev Sandoval, Phyllis Lopez, Elaine Kortan and Jennifer Ray for recently competing in the OCB Natural Southwest Figure Classic held at the Albuquerque Kimo Theatre July 17, 2010. Rae placed 5th in the novice tall class, Bev placed 3rd and Phyllis placed 4th in the Masters 45+ class, and Elaine placed 5th in the open medium class. This was Rae and Jennifer’s first show, and they have both lost over 50 lbs in the last year! We are so proud of all of you beautiful women ~ way to go! More Photos

Congratulations to Tina Allen who recently competed in the NPC Nevada State Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships held at the Atlantis hotel in Reno, NV. Tina took 1st place in both the Masters 45+ Figure class and the Open Figure Tall Class! Tina worked very hard and brought her best package to the stage so far. Way to go Tina! We would like to congratulate Tina Allen and Brenda Gueths for competing in the NPC Border States Bodybuilding & Figure Competition on October 17th in San Diego, CA. Tina and Brenda worked very hard during contest prep and both brought their best packages yet to the stage. Both ladies placed in the top 10 of the Masters Class, with Tina placing in the top 3! Also congratulations to Tina for placing a well deserved 3rd in the Open Class D. Way to go Ladies!!

The annual OCB Natural Southwest Bodybuilding Classic was recently held June 6, 2009 at the Albuquerque Kimo Theatre. Training Innovations would like to congratulate Elaine Kortan, Candice Gueths and Raquel Lujan for their great performance in the show. Raquel placed 2nd in the novice tall class, and Elaine placed 4th in the novice short class. This was the first show for both ladies and they both came in their best condition! Candice placed 3rd in the novice tall class. Way to go ladies! More Photos

Congratulations to Miranda Hubbard for placing 2nd in the 2009 Junior USA Bodybuilding Fitness & Figure Championships held in Charleston South Carolina. Miranda took 2nd in the figure B class and in many peoples opinion should have won the class. This was only her second national level competition and her fourth competition ever. Training Innovations recently had our seventh annual Christmas Party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. Although many people were out of town for the holidays, there were still more than 80 people in attendance. The party had an awards ceremony to congratulate clients that had lost 25lbs. or more and 50lbs. or more. The party also had a raffle giveaway with lots of fun prizes including movies, gift certificates, and more. A great time was had by all. We would like to thank Joe & Christi Burgarello (owners of Mario’s Pizza) and Randall Garcia (of Garcia’s Kitchen) for catering the event. The southwest chicken pasta, green chili chicken enchiladas, and the barbecue chicken wings were all a big hit. More Photos

This year more than one hundred people were in attendance including my brother Sean and his girlfriend Corrie who flew in from New Orleans for the holidays. We will definitely have to use a bigger venue for next year’s party at the rate we’re growing. We would also like to say thanks to Larry and Jane Gutierrez (owners of Little Anitas Restaurants) and Misha Owens (of NYPD Pizza) for catering the event. Training Innovations recently visited Jimmy Carter Middle School to talk to the students about the importance of exercise & nutrition. We were able to clarify a lot of questions about living a healthy lifestyle. We hope we were able to make a difference in the students perception of diet & exercise. Congratulations to Chris Harris and Levi Benitez! It was a pleasure working with them in preparing for the Excalibur championships on December 3, 2005. Chris Harris placed 2nd in the novice Light Heavyweight division among 18 competitors and 7th in the open Light Heavyweight division, which also had 18 competitors. We at Training Innovations just had our 3rd annual Christmas party. We would like to say thanks to everybody who was able to attend. Although many clients were out of town, we still had a good turn out of more than 70 people.

Congratulations to Ethan Santistevan, Steven Newman, Candice Gueths, and Yvonne Herrera for their exceptional performance at the OCB Natural Southwest Bodybuilding Classic held June 14, 2008 at the Albuquerque Kimo Theatre. Ethan placed 4th in a tough open lightheavywt. division. Steven placed 2nd in the junior division and 1st in the novice lightwt. division. Candice placed 3rd in both the novice and open tall figure class.

Yvonne placed 1st in the open figure medium height class and 1st overall. By the way, this was Steven, Candice, and Yvonne’s first competition. Great job to all the competitors. All the hard work truly paid off. Click here for Photos
